Effective Date: January 15, 2026
Collexa is a private social community specifically for the students of Bahria University. While our user base is primarily adult university students, Collexa has a zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and exploitation involving minors.
Our Stance: We strictly prohibit the posting, sharing, or transmission of any content that depicts, encourages, or promotes the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.
1. Prohibited Content
Users are forbidden from uploading content that includes, but is not limited to:
- Images or videos depicting sexual abuse of a minor.
- Content that sexualizes or exploits children.
- Solicitation of minors for sexual purposes.
2. Content Moderation and Reporting
To maintain a safe environment, we employ the following measures:
- In-App Reporting: Every post within Collexa contains a reporting mechanism (e.g., a "Report" option in the post menu). We urge users to immediately report any content they suspect involves child exploitation.
- Review Process: Reported content is reviewed by our administration team as a top priority.
3. Action Against Violations
If content violating this policy is identified:
- The content will be immediately removed.
- The responsible user account will be permanently banned and banned from future access using their university credentials.
- We will report the content and user details to the appropriate legal authorities, such as the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or local law enforcement, as required by law.
